Owsianka

In Owsianka, within the Kobierzyce municipality, we prepared an investment land project for residential development in a growing part of the Wrocław metropolitan area.

The concept allows for the development of 29 houses with a total usable residential area of approximately 3,414 m² PUM, located on a site of around 1.55 ha. The project holds a valid building permit, placing it at an advanced investment-preparation stage and enabling it to move into the next phases of development.

The aim of the project is to create a well-organized residential scheme of single-family homes in a calm suburban setting, with convenient access to the southern part of Wrocław and the infrastructure of the Kobierzyce municipality. The location responds to the growing demand for housing outside the dense city centre, while maintaining strong access to the wider metropolitan area.

A key part of the work was to structure the development potential of the land, analyse the site capacity, prepare a functional development concept and bring the project to a stage suitable for further commercialisation or construction.

Owsianka is an example of land development where value is created not only through the land itself, but through the concept, development parameters, building permit and preparation of a complete investment product.
