In the very heart of the Olimpia Port residential complex in Wrocław, we have designed a modern, two-story building that is set to become a new gastronomic hotspot for local residents.

Inside, we have thoughtfully considered everything needed for the perfect guest experience and successful business operations. The building features four spacious and completely independent commercial units — two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each unit is designed as a ready-made foundation for a cozy café, family restaurant, or trendy bistro: bright dining areas, spacious kitchen zones, and all necessary utility rooms have been meticulously planned in advance.

This project perfectly blends modern architecture, environmental awareness, and thoughtful urban comfort, created to be a favorite gathering place for great food and socializing.

The project is currently under construction. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2027.
